Why is my in-app purchase not recognized?

If you have made an in-app purchase and the PRO version is not activated immediately or the F├╝hrerschein app on another device does not automatically detect the upgrade, please follow these steps:

  • The smartphone must have the same Google ID / Apple ID active as the one you used to purchase the Drivers License App upgrade.
  • Restart the phone once.
  • Make sure you have a good Internet connection.
  • Click on "BUY UPGRADE" in the driver's license app.
  • In the purchase options window, at the bottom, it says "Restore", click on it.

The PRO version should then be activated.
